Doyles Room and Bookmaker.com were the headline casualties as the US Department of Justice made a second move into the online gambling industry in the US.
10 more domains belonging to a variety of poker and sports betting sites have all been seized and betting activity from US players has been frozen.
Bodog’s longest standing pro has announced via Twitter that she has renewed her deal with the popular US poker room.
Evelyn Ng first signed with Bodog back in 2006 and while she has had limited success at the poker table since then, she has rapidly become one of the most recognised faces on the circuit, which has presumably been a key reason forĀ her being able to Tweet on Wednesday:
The online poker industry in the US seems to be taking one beating after another at the moment.
After the events of Black Friday which saw the likes of Pokerstars, Full TIlt, and UB.com being shut down to US players, it would seem that another of the web’s largest poker rooms is planning on pulling out of the US market too.

US players are very much left out in the cold with a long line of questions.
